Dave Wosika

Lead Project Superintendent

Dave has more than 35 years of experience in commercial construction. Early on, he received his Union Carpenter's Certification and went on to excel in the industry as apprentice, journeyman, foreman and superintendent. He spent a significant time in framing and drywall, where he developed the skills of scheduling projects, working and coordinating with other trades, and bringing quality and attention to detail to every project. Dave’s expertise is without limits!

Dave joined B2 Builders in 2018 to take on the role as lead project superintendent. He previously served as a project superintendent elsewhere for 10 years. As B2’s lead, he not only oversees our entire superintendent crew — and pushes them to their full potential — but also handles recruiting. He loves the challenges that come with being a leader in this field.

The Personal Side

Dave is married to his wife Kelly with whom he has two adult children. He likes to keep busy so even “free days” are filled with activities: working for the family’s greenhouse business, spending time at the cabin, or hunting and fishing.
